Myagri was incorporated as a start-up company in 1996 to commercialize Arbuscular Myccorhizal Fungi discovered at a university in Malaysia. It has developed into a group of biotechnology companies promoting microbial based Green Biosciences Technologies and Solutions for Agricultural and Environmental Sector.

At the helm is Myagri Eco-Biosciences Sdn Bhd (MEB), the holding company that takes care of the Corporate & Financial Management of the Group.

The subsidiaries of MYAGRI Eco-Biosciences Sdn Bhd are :-

Malaysian Agri Hi-Tech Sdn Bhd (MAH) - A Bio-Nexus Status Company whose activities are centered on microbial research, development & commercialization and bio-manufacturing activities.

Malaysian Agri Care Sdn Bhd (MAC)- A marketing arm of MYAGRI Group responsible for all promotions, sales and trading activities.

Myagri Nutribio Sdn Bhd (MAN) - A Nutrient Recycling Services Company that provides project management, technical and operational services in “Total Nutrient Recycling and Bio-organic Program” for the plantation industry.

Myagri IQ Resources Sdn Bhd (MIQ) - The Human Capital Management Company for the group.

PT Myagri Nusantara (PTMN) - MYAGRI subsidiary in Indonesia that carries out Research and Development (R & D), technical collaborations, sales   and promotional activities to capture and expend the Group’s interest in Indonesia.
